Company

A small senior teamthat finishes things.

Founded in 2021. We build AI systems for companies that already have a product and a problem, not a greenfield idea and a deck.

Ourstory

Most AI work being sold is a prototypewith a maintenance contract attached.

It demos well, it survives a quarter, and then someone discovers the retrieval index has not been rebuilt since launch and nobody owns the spend line. The team that bought it is left maintaining a system they did not design and cannot fully see.

We took the opposite position. Every service line here is defined by what it hands over: a pipeline that runs on merge, a test suite the team actually trusts, a console someone opens every morning. If a piece of work cannot be operated by your team without us, it is not finished, however well it performs.

That constrains what we sell. Six service lines, a small senior team, and a habit of saying no to the seventh thing. It is a smaller business than it could be, and a considerably more useful one.

What wecommit to

Four things you canhold us to.

  • We start with the process, not the model

Roughly half of what arrives described as an AI problem turns out to be a data-entry problem with an AI-shaped budget attached. We will tell you which one you have before quoting.

  • Production-first, not demo-first

Anything we build is instrumented, has defined failure behavior, and comes with a runbook. A feature that only works in a meeting is not finished.

  • You own everything

Work happens in your repository where possible, and every engagement ends with source, deployment and documentation transferred. Lock-in is a business model, not an engineering outcome.

  • Senior engineers, no account layer

The person who scopes your project writes the code and answers the phone when something breaks. Nothing is handed to a junior team after the sales call.

Theteam

Everyone here builds.

Each service line has a named lead who scopes the work, builds it, and answers the phone when something breaks.

How weoperate

Four working rules.

  1. 01

    Say no clearly

If a request falls outside what we do well, we say so and refer it out rather than learning on a client's budget.

  2. 02

    Scope small, finish

One workflow at a time. Engagements fail by widening, and the widening always looks reasonable while it happens.

  3. 03

    Leave nothing locked

Source, deployment and documentation transfer at handover. A client should be able to fire us without losing anything.

  4. 04

    Write it down

Definitions of done, runbooks, failure modes. If it only exists in someone's head, it does not survive their holiday.

Starthere

Tell us the process, not the solution.

The most useful first message describes what someone on your team does by hand today and how often. That is enough for us to tell you whether it is worth building.

What happens next
  • A named engineer reads it, not a form inbox
  • Reply within 24 hours, even if we're not the right fit
  • A 30-minute call to trace the process end to end
  • A fixed-scope quote, or an honest no
